CCTY has officially broken ground on its new, state-of-the-art motion control product manufacturing facility located in the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park in Hai Phong, Vietnam. The 56,000-square-meter (624,306 square foot) plant will enable the company to bolster its production capabilities and create between 300 and 500 new jobs in the region.
Scheduled to kick off production in early 2026, CCTY’s new facility will enable greater research and experimental development on product engineering and technology, as well as advanced, in-house product manufacturing lines for a wide range of chassis components. These include ball joints, tie rods, control rods, sway bar links, steering tie rods, torque rods, eyelets, A-arms, rolling bearings, square ball joints, spherical plain bearings, steering shafts and bushings.
The plant will also feature an extensive array of in-house surface treatment capabilities, such as galvanizing, alloy coating, nickel-chromium plating, chemical nickel plating, tin plating, anodizing, phosphating, electrophoretic deposition, spray painting, powder coating and megalith coating.
“When complete, CCTY Vietnam will offer a complete range of electroplating and advanced heat treatment processes,” said Bob Zhao, president of CCTY. “Our intelligent manufacturing production will ensure efficient, high-quality output, integrating every step of the supply chain from fine turning and heat treatment to finishing, electroplating and automatic assembly.”
A standout feature of the new plant is its powder coating capabilities. Known for its superior UV resistance and diverse color options, powder coatings will provide CCTY with a distinctive edge—meeting customers’ unique aesthetic requirements while enhancing product durability.
The CCTY Vietnam facility represents a strategic expansion for the growing company, enabling it to better serve its global customer base and meet the rapidly increasing demand for its innovative bearing solutions.
With established offices in China, the United States, Germany, India and Japan, this new venture solidifies CCTY’s commitment to global growth and excellence in motion control technology.
