On February 3-4, CCTY India brought its team together for a combination of business strategy, recognition, and team building. The annual Sales & Project Review Meeting reinforced the plan for the year ahead; celebrating performance milestones, reviewing key initiatives, and aligning with continued growth in key markets.
Celebrating Sales Excellence
The meeting provided an opportunity to recognize contributions across the team. Sales excellence awards were presented to team members who demonstrated technical expertise and strong customer partnership building throughout the year. These efforts continue to reinforce CCTY’s position as a trusted design-to-application motion control partner for OEMs.
The event emphasized continuing collaboration by bringing together sales, engineering, and operations to strengthen cross-functional alignment in 2026.
Exploring Gujarat
As part of the team-building portion of the meeting, attendees visited two remarkable destinations in the state of Gujarat: Blackbuck National Park, Velavadar and Lothal.
Blackbuck National Park, Velavadar
Spanning 34 square kilometers, Blackbuck National Park is a landscape of grasslands and two seasonal rivers. The park is best known for its iconic blackbucks that are graceful, fast antelope distinguished by their spiraling horns. Approximately 1,800 blackbucks inhabit the park.
In addition to blackbucks, the park is home to blue bulls (India’s largest antelope) and a vibrant bird population. Each year, nearly 2,000 wintering harriers migrate from Siberia, contributing to the park’s 120 bird species.
This visit offered the team a refreshing opportunity to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and appreciate the natural beauty and biodiversity of Gujarat – reinforcing the value of balance and perspective.
Lothal: Engineering Excellence from Antiquity
The second destination, Lothal, is located in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad district and is an example of well-planned cities of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization (circa 2400 BCE). Recognized as the world’s earliest known tidal dockyard, Lothal once served as a vital maritime trading hub connecting the Indus to West Asia and Africa.
The site showcases advanced urban infrastructure, including:
- Engineered drainage systems
- Organized warehouses
- Specialized bead-making facilities
- Sophisticated dockyard construction
For a team that values precision engineering and design-to-application expertise, visiting Lothal was a meaningful addition to the outing. The ingenuity demonstrated thousands of years ago mirrors the principles that guide CCTY today: thoughtful design, structural integrity, and performance-driven solutions.
Building Momentum for the Year Ahead
The two-day event strengthened more than strategy, it allowed CCTY India to reinforce its commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
As we move forward into 2026, alignment and energy generated during this gathering will continue to support CCTY India’s mission of delivering high-performance motion control solutions.
CCTY India’s team-building retreat is a reminder that strong teams are built with purpose, precision, and shared vision.
